By installing or using PDF & Word Template Filler, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the extension.
2. Intended use
The extension is a productivity tool that helps you configure reusable PDF and Word templates, enter document information and generate completed documents individually or in batches. You are responsible for deciding whether the extension is suitable for your workflow.
3. Your files and information
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use the documents and data you import. You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawful use of information entered into templates, including personal data, signatures and images.
4. Review generated documents
Always review generated documents before sending, filing, signing, publishing or relying on them. Field placement, text sizing, document conversion, fonts, page rendering and source-file structure may affect the result. The extension does not guarantee that every generated document will be error-free or preserve every aspect of the original file.
5. Local storage and backups
Templates, profiles, drafts and generated history are stored in the browser's local extension storage. You are responsible for maintaining a secure device and making backups where appropriate. Backup files may contain confidential or personal information and should be protected from unauthorised access.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the extension to violate applicable laws, infringe another person's rights, create fraudulent documents, or process information that you are not authorised to use. You must not attempt to interfere with the extension's operation or misuse its files and components.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the extension, including loss of data, business interruption or errors in generated documents. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
